She believes in a client-centered approach to social work, where the client is the expert on their own life and the therapist is a guide and support. Nina approaches her work with a biopsychosocial perspective, recognizing the interconnectedness of biological, psychological, and social factors in shaping an individual’s health and well-being. She also uses a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques, to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and actions. She has a personal and professional interest in the many benefits of Mindfulness and implements these concepts in her work with her clients. Whether working with vulnerable populations, such as children, the elderly, or those struggling with mental health issues, she approaches each situation with empathy, compassion, and a deep commitment to creating positive change. Navpreet Kaur is a dedicated physiotherapist who graduated in 2016. She is passionate about helping her patients return to their pre-injury levels through manual treatments and exercises. Navpreet places a strong emphasis on educating families about preventing everyday activity-related injuries. Dr. Wasay earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto after graduating with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from York University. He is passionate about helping members in the community heal and move better by utilizing an evidence-based approach in his practice.
